“Thank you so pleased i did it with your help . Happy for it to go on the website and the time capsule ” Tracy Quiney (29th November 2020) |
Tracy Quiney is one of those people who we, and the NHS, rely upon being there when you need them. In this wonderful interview Tracy talks about her role as a key worker in the coronavirus pandemic; her work in nursing; Social Services Homecare and as a phlebotomist.
It might surprise you to hear of her connection to the Panthers rugby team of Castleford and it is touching to hear of childhood Christmases and holidays with shopping being named as one of her hobbies – she has an understanding husband!
Thoughts of the day also on Boris Johnson and the pandemic, Brexit, and Donald Trump.
A chat full of ups and downs, happiness, and sadness but the effervescent Tracy is always there.

Recording this social history, chatting to different people about a whole host of subjects has been a real pleasure, such an interesting and I think worthwhile project for people to listen to both now and in years to come.
Thank you for visiting this website.
